Coming from Newport, Godshill direction the entrance to Hobbit House event parking is on your left. There will be ample signage to warn you where the turning is. Please ensure that gates are kept closed at all times and park respectfully. Dogs are permitted, but ONLY in the lorry parking field and kept on leads at all times. Please ensure you pick up after your animals.
If you are entering a music class please ensure that you have a music licence from BD. Music must be provided as the ONLY file on a USB memory stick. Please hand to the organiser on arrival.

Withdrawals/Refunds
As per BD Rules 64 and 66. No refunds after close of entries. Withdrawals in writing only.
All Prize Winners need to email hobbit.house@hotmail.co.uk with their bank details by midday on the Monday following the Show to claim their prize money. If not claimed within 24 hours of the Show ending then prize money is forfeit.
