West Wilts Equestrian Centre is situated approx 14 miles south of J 17 of the M4. Take A350 to Melksham, then B3107 to Bradford-on-Avon. West Wilts E.C is 2 miles from Melksham on the left hand side of the road.

Canteen will be open for hot and cold food, drinks and snacks.
Online entries only via www.westwilts.com Late entries are £3 extra per class if space permits.
There will be a surcharge of £5 per entry for anyone entering after the times have been done ie 2 days before the competition.
Stabling Information - Shavings only on site, no refunds after close of entries, contact sec for details.
Withdrawals/Refunds - All competitions are pre-entry only, no refund or transfer is possible after initial close of entries date as published on the schedule.
All withdrawals to be made via e-mail please.
The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
For withdrawals before the published closing date refunds of the Entry Cost can be made less £3.00 Admin Fee alternatively, we can offer a free transfer to another event.
No refunds or transfers can be made during the late entry period unless we are able to replace it from a wait list.
Abandonment Policy - In the case of abandonment of a competition for any reason we will offer a free transfer towards an alternative competition - or a refund minus £3.00 admin fee. The booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Dogs are allowed but MUST be on a short lead and are not permitted in the arenas or the main building.
