Hartpury is situated off the A417 Ledbury to Gloucester Road. The M5 is 15 minutes drive and the M50 is 20mins drive from Hartpury. The event will be signposted.
Other details:
Late entries may be taken at the Organisers discretion if space. Late entry fee additional £3 per class.
Start times will be provided at 2pm two days before each competition day via https://www.hartpury.ac.uk/equine/festival-of-dressage/ A timetable of all the classes will be availble on Saturday 28th June
Stabling can be booked with entries, £46 per night or £150 for the duration. Limited Electric hookup available £90 for the duration.
Withdrawals made before close of entries will be refunded minus a £4 booking and admin fee. No refunds after close of entries. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Prize money paid on overall class %. Prize money slips must be completed at the show to recieve prize money
Please send your music via email to festival.dressage@hartpury.ac.uk and advise the rider name, the horse name and the freestyle class(es) entered in the subject line of the email. Please send a separate email for each horse/rider/music combination. To ensure we can download your music for your freestyle classes please make sure we receive it no later than Thursday 26th June 2025.
