Hartpury is situated off the A417 Ledbury to Gloucester Road. The M5 is 15 minutes drive and the M50 is 20mins drive from Hartpury. The event will be signposted.

Late entries may be taken at the Organisers discretion - late entry fee additional £3 per class.
Start times will be given on the Thursday prior to the event, between 2pm-4pm online ia myridinglife or www.hartpuryequineevents.co.uk
Withdrawals made before close of entries will be refunded minus a £4 booking and admin fee. No refunds after close of entries.Entries will be carried over to a future show if withdrawn 48 hours before times are published. After this time entries will not be carried over. Booking fees are non-refundable.
