Hartpury is situated off the A417 Ledbury to Gloucester Road. The M5 is 15 minutes drive and the M50 is 20mins drive from Hartpury. The event will be signposted.

Start times will be given on the Thursday prior to the event, between 2pm-4pm only on 01452 702397 or online www.hartpuryequineevents.co.uk
Prize money will be paid by BACS after the show. Bank details must be left with the secretary before leaving the showground or any prize money obtained will be forfeited.
Entries will be carried over to the future show if withdrawn 48 hours before times are published. After this time entries will not be carried over or refunded.
Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued with a valid doctors note or veterinary certificate and subject to a £2.50 admin fee.
