Hartpury is situated off the A417 Ledbury to Gloucester Road. The M5 is 15 minutes drive and the M50 is 20mins drive from Hartpury. The event will be signposted.

Withdrawals made before close of entries will be refunded minus a £2.50 admin fee.Booking fees are non-refundable.
Prize money paid on overall class %,Prize money will be paid by BACS after the show. Bank details must be left with the secretary before leaving the showground.
Please send your music via email to festival.dressage@hartpury.ac.uk and advise the rider name, the horse name and the freestyle class(es) entered in the subject line of the email. Please send a separate email for each horse/rider/music combination. To ensure we can download your music for your freestyle classes please make sure we receive it no later than Wednesday 26th June 2024.”
