Hartpury is situated off the A417 Ledbury to Gloucester Road. The M5 is 15 minutes drive and the M50 is 20mins drive from Hartpury. The event will be signposted.

Stabling available on-site £45 per night or £140 for the duration, permanent and temporary stables will be used. Bedding is available to purchase. Stable hire runs from 4pm to 4pm the following day
