Classes may run out of order.

Only one judge per class may be used.

Classes are subject to change depending on entries.

Athletes are invited to enter two grades if they wish. If we are restricted on time, we will contact you to select a single level to contest.

Every grade and level has two winter qualifiers. Festival class points will also count towards winter qualification. 

Team test is added for CPEDI qualifying scores for selection.

Late entries are very unlikely due to the planning required.

There will be two warm ups and two competition arenas - the outdoor will be split to a 20x40 and a warm up. The second indoor warm up will service the main indoor arena.

There will be a one way system with steward. There will be no cool down arena as riders will exit competition arena via a separate exit.

Unfortunately there will be no formal prize givings but there will be Festival commemorative rosettes and plaques for all those competing.

Test results will be online and sheets sent after the event if we are unable to make them available on the day due to Covid restrictions.

If relaxation of Covid regulations occurs, our guidance will also amend, this will be updated on Solihull RC website and will convey any major changes direct to riders.

Arena walks may take place if Covid restrictions allow.

Stabling is available, please book online via Solihull RC website. There will be specific guidelines for those stabling, these will be notified directly to riders with arriving horses. 

Catering will be available on site depending on Covid restrictions. Minimum service will be pre-order/takeaway.

Equissage UK COVID-19

Equissage UK are excited to attend the Equissage Pulse Festival of Para Dressage 2020.

To help you all feel safe, below we have listed the main  points of our COVID protocol that Equissage UK will follow whilst at the event.

 Agent 

The Agent will fill out a form prior to the event confirming he/she has not been in contact with anyone within the last 14 days who has confirmed or suspected COVID 19.

As well as confirming they themselves have no symptoms.

Should symptoms develop the Agent will immediately leave the show centre and the notify the organisers.

 The Agent on site will wear a mask and gloves when indoors and/ or breaking 2 meters social distancing. These will be washed, changed or disinfected regularly.

 Although full PPE will be worn, we will try at all times to keep at least one meter away.

The agent will discuss this with you when you meet and if you should like any additional precautions in place please feel free to ask.

 The Agent will always have antibacterial gel, spray and wipes available both on stand and during demonstrations.

Trade stand 

 The agent on the trade stand will have pre-package leaflets and cards available at all times and then email or text any further information requested.

 The trade stand will be disinfected after each visitor.

 Demonstrations –

 The agent will allow 30 minutes between demonstrations to allow ample time for cleaning products and disinfecting.

 If anyone should require a demonstration please find the agent on the stand or pre book by contacting Equissage UK directly.

 As a precaution the agent will take the name and number of everyone that has a demonstration at the event.
