Late Entries accepted space permitting
A: The Secure Online Entry System is the preferred method of entry. Payment is secure and it goes directly to REC Arenas.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Please make sure you check details here to make sure you enter the correct amounts in the payment boxes.
B: Postal Entries come with a risk and must be received 5 days prior to the closing date. It is your responsibility to check if your entry has been received. If this is your only option complete the Entry Form and return to the Secretary together with your cheque made payable "REC ARENAS". Please note we do not accept Card Payments.

Withdrawals/Refunds
In the event of us having to cancel an event due to bad weather all entry fees will be carried forward to another event of your choice. Should you wish a refund please email or write to us and we will issue a refund less admin charge of £2.50 per horse per class. The shopping basket fee of £1.50 is not refundable
