DO NOT FOLLOW SAT NAV NR9 5DX. Leave A47 and follow Royal Norfolk Showground signs and Easton; then follow signs for Easton College. NB If using sat nav use NR9 5GA. This takes you to the golf club. DO NOT PARK AT GOLF CLUB. Continue and follow signs to horse show.
Other details:
Competition will be held indoors with warm-up on 40m x 60m all-weather outdoor surface. No lunging allowed.
Competitors and trainers are reminded of BD rule number 77 (G). Trainers or other pedistrians are not to stand in the collecting rings or warm up arenas and must minimise disruption to other riders when helping their client.

Stabling Information
Overnight stabling is available, charged at £35 per night. Day stabling is available at £20 per day. All stables have rubber mats and will be supplied with straw, however if you wish to use shavings, please bring your own supply. Cash deposit of £10 per stable required on arrival, which will be returned prior to leaving the stable mucked out and checked by Stable Manager. Stabling must be booked in advance with original entry.
Withdrawals/Refunds
Once a competitor's entry has been accepted, it will be assumed that they intend to take part unless we are notified to the contrary (in writing).
No refund will be made to those withdrawing after the close of entries. Fifty percent of total entry fees will be returned to those whose withdrawal is received before the closing date.
A full refund will be made for horses put onto a waiting list, but not eventually offered a place.
In the event of a competition being cancelled, £2.50 per horse, per class will be retained. The remainder will be refunded to all entrants.
Competitors on waiting lists who choose to withdraw will have 50% of their total entry fees refunded.
